We keep upgrading VetProClinic — the cloud system for managing private veterinary clinics — so your team spends less time on admin and more time with patients. Here is what’s new:
1. Smart automations
Recorded euthanasia in the quick form? The animal’s card becomes inactive automatically. Performed spaying or neutering? The sex on the card updates to neutered or spayed by itself — no manual updates, no mistakes.
2. Bulk messages to clients
Send one message to all clients or a selected group, on the channel that suits you: SMS, WhatsApp (for clinics with the service) or email. Reminders and updates — in a few clicks.
3. Book appointments from the animal card
You can now book an appointment directly from the animal’s card, without switching screens or searching for the patient again in the calendar.
4. An upgraded client card
The client card has a new, clean and user-friendly design, with all the key information at a glance. And the client list now has a new filter: all clients who have not visited this year — making it easy to invite them back.
5. Upgraded animal card and animal list
The animal card and animal list have both been upgraded with a refreshed, user-friendly design — for a clearer view of your patients and more convenient day-to-day work.
6. Attendance clock — clock in and out in a click
New for your clinic team: an attendance button lets employees clock in and out in a click — for simpler, more convenient day-to-day work.
